Convert ChatGPT auth captures into Codex auth JSON.

Upload either auth_raw.json or a Crane .cranebk archive, or paste the raw JSON directly. For auth_raw.json, the app generates a dummy refresh token. For .cranebk, it reuses the real stored refresh token from the keychain payload.
